    How sessions work

Each session is gentle, structured, and creative, combining:

  • Creative art-making: painting, collage, and expressive activities
  • Movement-based exploration: supporting body awareness and regulation
  • Group activities: building connection and teamwork
  • Reflective moments: helping girls make meaning from their experiences

No art experience is needed- this is about expression, not perfection. While the group is designed for girls, it is not “girly” in focus; activities are creative, expressive, and flexible to suit a range of interests and personalities.

Pricing: $85pp/session. Limited availability for concession rates available when self-paying.
