Lucy has more than 10 years of experience working with children and families within the disability and family services sector. As a Social Worker and Play Therapist working with neurodiverse children, she strongly believes in the importance of early identification and intervention to support children’s emotional, developmental, and relational wellbeing.

Lucy utilises an integrative, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming approach, working collaboratively with families and other professionals to find the best ways to support each child’s individual needs.

She is trained in attachment-focused play therapy using a Theraplay-inspired approach for parents and children. This evidence-based, directive model supports connection, co-regulation, emotional safety, and relationship building through guided therapeutic play experiences. Lucy is particularly passionate about supporting children and families impacted by trauma, attachment disruptions, foster care, adoption, and family stress.

Lucy’s other passions include singing, amateur theatre, travelling, hiking, and spending time in nature.

Georgia is a professional dancer, dance teacher, and Creative Arts Therapist. 

After working as a professional contemporary dancer for the past 10 years, Georgia is passionate about the therapeutic potential of the creative arts. She is dedicated to creating safe, inclusive spaces that empower young people of all abilities to explore their creativity and self-expression. In her sessions, Georgia embraces fun, play, and imagination to nurture social and emotional wellbeing.

When she isn’t dancing or at a yoga class, Georgia loves swimming, watching the footy, going for long walks, and doing her best to keep her plants alive!

Erica is a passionate advocate for the transformative power of movement and play in childhood development. As a creative arts therapist specialising in dance therapy, she is devoted to creating a nurturing and therapeutic spaces for children to explore, express, and grow through the art of movement. Erica believes that play is the language of children and draws on a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, tailoring each session to the individual needs of the child.

Marisa has been providing counselling, training, and supervision for over 25 years and has been a registered psychologist for approximately 20 years.

Marisa particularly enjoys working with the intelligence, beliefs, and energy that children bring to each session and is skilled in the use of brief intervention work, using solution focused and creative and playful strength-based approaches with clients.

In her spare time, Marisa enjoys drumming, singing and clowning.

Lanah enjoys watching footy (As a keen Brisbane Lions supporter), attending live music, and baking. She has a love for all animals, spending time with family, playing with her nieces, and walking her dog.

Amanda lives with her two creative, kooky primary school aged daughters, her husband, as well as many pets, including a dog, bunnies and several fish.

Finn studied acting in youth programs such as the Young Actor’s Studio NIDA, St Martin’s Youth Theatre, and studied method acting under Gabriella Rose-Cárter, an alumnus of the Lee Strasburg Institute in New York.

After graduating from high school in 2018, Finn has worked on award-winning films and theatre. It’s through all this study and work that Finn “discovered the powers of drama and acting to unlock parts of myself and confidence I didn’t know that I had”.

He is currently studying a Master of Creative Arts Therapy at the Victorian College of the Arts. To understand the principles that created those changes for himself, with the hope he can offer opportunities like that to others.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and Creative Writing from Deakin University (2023). So please talk to him anything ‘story’ and he is down for a conversation!

Outside of work, Indyah loves staying active, whether she’s walking her dog, training at the gym, or playing basketball. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and finding opportunities to get outdoors.

Tristan has experience supporting individuals with a range of needs, including autism and mobility challenges, and values adapting his approach to suit each person’s communication style and emotional needs. He is reliable, empathetic, and enjoys building genuine, trusting connections with the individuals and families he works with.

In his spare time, Tristan enjoys playing piano and guitar, reading, watching films, and spending time outdoors. He has a strong interest in psychology, music, and wellbeing, and is committed to continuing to grow his knowledge and skills within the field.

Karina is currently working as a Therapy Assistant, supporting young people to build skills and independence. She brings over five years’ experience in developing and delivering youth programs across the Yarra Ranges, and is a highly experienced Pre-Accredited Trainer.

Karina has taught life skills, mental health, and literacy and numeracy to learners with additional needs, and was recognised as a 2024 finalist for Victorian Pre-Accredited Trainer of the Year. She is passionate about fostering empathy, communication and resilience.

Karina is also an animal lover who enjoys arts, crafts, music and singing in her spare time.

He currently volunteers with Anxiety Recovery Centre Victoria Helpline where he helps people feel supported, regulated and understood. He enjoys cultivating meaningful relationships and empowering people to be the best version of themselves

Tiffany is currently completing her Masters in Counselling and has previously completed her Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Certificate IV in Mental Health, and is interested in people’s mental health. She is passionate about helping people and making an impact in her community. Tiffany currently works at a local school and is part of the wellbeing team. Tiffany enjoys meeting people and forming connections with people through shared interests and passions.

Tiffany has experience working with kids and teens across many settings including working within a school, doing disability support work, mental health support work, volunteering for a youth group and for kids camps. She also supports her parents with foster caring. Tiffany is eager to continue her learning and growth and channel her skills as a Therapy Assistant.

In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys cooking and baking all sorts of things but in particular sourdough and focaccia bread. Tiffany plays netball and loves to spend time outdoors in nature.

Primarily working and volunteering as a musician in the health sector, Oscar uses his passion for creative arts in therapeutic pursuits across Melbourne. Alongside this Oscar uses his writing and language skills working and volunteering at Lifeline Australia where he mentors and works as a qualified Crisis Supporter.

When he doesn’t have a guitar in his hand Oscar can be found watching movies, exploring bike and walking trails around Melbourne and spending time with his two cats.
