About Drama Therapy

Drama therapy helps to support client’s in developing confidence, communication skills, and self esteem. It also integrates trauma experiences, reframes patterns and behaviours, and helps the client learn and practice new skills for success in social skills development. By using the body, mind, and voice this is an all-encompassing therapeutic approach that aids regulation, social skills, and trauma recovery. No previous artistic experience required – it is about your process, not the product.
