1:1 child-centred sessions with our Masters-level Creative Arts therapists.
Children are invited to express themselves through a range of creative and sensory-based modalities, including:
- Art and drawing
- Sand tray therapy
- Movement and body-based expression
- Music, drumming, and rhythm
- Voice and sound exploration
This approach is not about artistic skill or producing a finished product- it is about the process. Children are supported to explore, express, and process experiences in ways that feel natural, engaging, and non-threatening.
Sessions are gentle, creative, and paced according to each child’s comfort, helping them reconnect with themselves and build emotional awareness, resilience, and regulation skills.
