Using top-of-the-line instruments and training, immerse yourself in the power of You Rock! Therapy.

This is a therapeutic modality to help clients develop outlets for strong feelings in positive ways.

You will learn the basics of playing either drums or guitar from a professional musician, registered counsellor, and Australian Education Awards Teacher of the Year (2019), Tony Vallance. As a multi-instrumentalist and therapist, Tony will guide you and facilitate your skill and expressive growth as you play together during sessions.

This hands-on therapeutic modality aims to develop real instrumental skills around a framework of self-expression, emotional regulation, building resiliency, strengthening creativity, and practicing a growth mindset.

Designed to help boost outcomes for people having challenges with anxiety, social skills, communication and confidence, emotional regulation, anger management, and highly energetic behaviours.
